Childhood Trauma

When early wounds linger, healing is possible with the right support.

Sometimes the challenges you face today—especially in relationships—trace back to early wounds that haven’t fully healed. Many of my clients initially come in struggling with current issues in their romantic or family life, and through our work, we begin to uncover childhood experiences that shaped how they see themselves, others, and the world.

Whether it was emotional neglect, feeling unsafe in your home, or having to grow up too fast, childhood trauma has a way of living in the body long after the event is over. It can lead to feelings of unworthiness, hyper-independence, or fear of abandonment.

You don’t have to stay stuck in those patterns. Therapy offers a path to healing the younger parts of yourself—so you can show up in your life with more ease, connection, and clarity.
