I offer virtual EMDR group sessions for high-performing professionals who are experiencing the effects of trauma, workplace stress, burnout, or vicarious trauma. These small, confidential group settings provide a powerful space to process difficult experiences, gain perspective, and reconnect with your emotional and physical well-being, alongside others who understand.

Participation Requirements:
Group EMDR is a great fit for those who can commit to the scheduled dates and times, have access to a private space, and a stable internet connection.
While this format works well for many, it may not be the best fit for individuals who are actively navigating:
Childhood / Developmental Trauma
Substance use concerns
Domestic violence situations
These are important considerations we’ll explore during a pre-group consultation. If group EMDR isn’t the right fit at this time, we can discuss alternate services or referrals to ensure you're fully supported.
In addition to EMDR groups, I also collaborate with organizations to provide EMDR-informed early intervention following critical incidents in the workplace. These sessions can support teams in processing a shared event, reducing the risk of long-term stress reactions, and restoring a sense of stability and connection.

SteadyGround EMDR Group
SteadyGround EMDR Group, a free, virtual EMDR group designed to support Californians navigating political trauma and distress.
Together, we’ll focus on nervous system regulation, emotional processing, and building internal steadiness in a world that often feels anything but steady.
The group will begin on Wednesday, August 6th, 2025 and will meet monthly from 12:00–1:30 p.m. via Zoom.
To secure your spot, you must complete the required intake paperwork one week before group. This intake helps ensure the group is a good clinical fit and gives us time to mail you your free EMDR workbook, which you'll use during the group.
