BIPOC Mental Health and Racial Trauma
Culturally aware support for navigating the weight of racial trauma.
As a therapist who identifies as both Black and Mexican, I deeply understand how racial trauma—from microaggressions to systemic oppression—can accumulate and impact our mental, emotional, and physical well-being.
For many Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC), the world asks us to navigate layers of identity, survival, and strength—often without adequate support. My services offer a space to unpack these experiences without having to explain or minimize them.
Whether you're managing burnout from code-switching, vicarious racial trauma, or simply looking for a therapist who sees and honors your full humanity—I'm here. Therapy can be a space where you no longer have to carry it all alone.
