PTSD and Complex Trauma

When your past feels too present, healing can make room for peace.

Trauma isn’t always one big, obvious event. Sometimes it’s a series of smaller experiences that build over time, leaving a lasting imprint. Whether you’ve gone through a single traumatic event or have experienced ongoing stress, instability, or harm—your nervous system has likely been working hard to keep you safe.

PTSD and complex trauma can show up in ways that don’t always feel connected to the past—like emotional outbursts, difficulty concentrating, or avoiding certain people or places. You might feel "on edge" or disconnected without always knowing why. My work helps bring clarity and healing to these responses by gently guiding your nervous system toward safety and integration.

Through EMDR and trauma-informed care, we’ll work together to create space for relief, resilience, and new ways of being in your body and relationships.
